8th Grade Students Earn Academic and Leadership Awards

Eighth graders William Claycomb and Lucy Wynn were presented with the American Legion School Award from the Richland American Legion Post 548 on May 22. The award is given annually to two outstanding eighth-grade students as selected by middle school faculty for scholarship, honor, service, patriotism, leadership and courage.

Eighth graders Sophia Kerns, Ellie Manganello, JJ McCabe, Samuel Paluselli, Isabelle Richardson and Riley Yoon were presented with the Pittsburgh Foundation Award for kindness, consideration of others and willingness to help.
